Hyde Park, NY – The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) is offering an exciting new online class—“CraftBeer.com Beer & Food Course”—available at . Produced by the Brewers Association, publishers of CraftBeer.com, this comprehensive online program features engaging educational videos, extensive instruction in beer and food pairing, and resourceful demonstrations on how to expertly present craft beer.

The Brewers Association is the not-for-profit trade association dedicated to small and independent American brewers, their beers, and the community of brewing enthusiasts. Adam Dulye, a 1997 CIA graduate and executive chef of the Brewers Association, is co-author of the .

Videos in the feature Chef Dulye in conversation with Julia Herz, Craft Beer program director; Hutch Kugeman, head brewer at The Brewery at the CIA; Jonathan Zearfoss, CIA professor of culinary science; and John Fischer, CIA professor of hospitality and service management about the growing influence of craft beer on today’s menus.
