    The Culinary Institute of America housing at our Greystone campus include guaranteed housing for all incoming undergraduate students. In total, our on-campus residential facilities provide housing for approximately 150 students. These include:

    • Guest House
    • Vineyard Lodge I
    • Vineyard Lodge II

    Occupancy in all residence halls is either single, double, triple, or quad-occupancy rooms with private or shared bath.

    All CIA Greystone housing include:

    • Desk
    • Chair
    • Dresser
    • Wardrobe or closet
    • Bed
    • Utilities (including air conditioning)
    • Wi-Fi
    • Laundry and a common area in each building

    All residence halls are non-smoking facilities.

    Guest House

    Located just steps from the Greystone Main Building and the Teaching Kitchens, the is building features 18 rooms for double, triple, and quad occupancy with private baths, common area, and outdoor patio overlooking the vineyards of the Napa Valley. In addition, each room is furnished with a combo refrigerator/microwave unit.

    Vineyard Lodge I

    The is located approximately 3/4 mile from the main campus (shuttle service is provided). It features 41 rooms for primarily double occupancy, all with private baths. There is also a common area, community kitchen, and outdoor patio for grilling.

    Vineyard Lodge II

    Located alongside Vineyard Lodge I, this hall was built in 2009 and features 30 rooms for primarily double occupancy. It has earned LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, offering CIA students in Greystone the opportunity to reside in an environmentally conscious facility. There is also a common area, community kitchen, outdoor patio, and a fitness room.

    The fitness room in Vineyard Lodge II and community kitchens in Vineyard Lodge I and II are accessible to all students living on campus regardless of their on-campus residence.

    Housekeeping and Maintenance

    Custodians clean the residence halls, though students are required to keep their own rooms clean and cooperate in keeping hallways and stairwells free of trash. Maintenance teams are also on hand to make any necessary repairs in student rooms or in the hallways.

    Parking

    Campus safety officers will hand out parking permits during orientation. All vehicles must be registered and student parking is permitted in designated areas only. Anyone who resides in the Guest House may park their vehicles in the main parking lot. Those students who live at the Vineyard Lodges are required to take the shuttle, which can be paged through radios located in each residence hall.
