The Marriott Pavilion
In 2014, CIA unveiled the new Marriott Pavilion with its new Conference Center and Ecolab Auditorium. Made possible by generous gifts from the The J. Willard and Alice S. Marriott Foundation this new 31,000 square foot facility was specifically designed to advance culinary education, industry-wide innovation, and the arts.
As a meeting place, the 800-seat Ecolab Auditorium and 300-seat Conference Center hosts the world鈥檚 most dynamic exchanges about food, flavor, health, and culture.
Featuring works of art like Lou Dorfsman's Gastrotypographicalassemblage and two of Arcimboldo鈥檚 Four Seasons, the Pavilion enhances the scope and educational experience of our students. As a gathering place, the facility opens its doors to friends and neighbors of the college.
