Hyde Park, NY – Take your holiday feast to the next level with pies and side dishes made by tomorrow’s top chefs. From now until November 22, you can order both sweet and savory items from The Culinary Institute of America’s to complete your holiday meal—and help you spend less time in the kitchen and more time enjoying your family and friends.

The café has introduced several new offerings this year, including:

  • Thanksgiving Dinner Kit—Each kit features corn bread pudding, traditional stuffing, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, Hudson Valley Riesling turkey gravy, Parker House rolls, CIA turkey brine mix, and a Dutch apple pie. It’s enough to feed six to eight people, and even comes with a list of appropriate New York State wine pairings. Just add the turkey.
  • Shipping—For the first time, the café is offering shipping on a limited number of its signature Dutch Crumb Apple Pie. The pie will ship frozen with baking instructions. The deadline for shipping orders is Friday, November 15.
  • Advent Calendars—Create a new tradition this year with this reusable tree filled with 24 different treats, including candies, chocolate truffles, cookies, and mini cakes.

Pre-ordered pies will be available for pickup Monday, November 25 and Tuesday, November 26 at the CIA’s Hyde Park, NY campus. Varieties include classic double-crust apple, Dutch crumb apple, pumpkin, and pecan, along with pumpkin cheesecake and vanilla bean ice cream.
