SF Chronicle Calls on CIA Wine Expert
When the San Francisco Chronicle's Esther Mobley took a look back at California wines from 2004, she needed expert insight. So she called upon CIA Wine and Beverage Studies Professor Christie Dufault, who helped put those wines in the context of its time鈥攔ight "between the dot-com bust of 2000 and the financial crisis of 2008" and when the film Sideways聽took American moviegoers through California wine country.
