CIA Latin Cuisine Expert quoted by Food52

When Food52鈥檚 Ximena Larkin needed an expert on the history of Pozole and its place in Mexican culture, she asked the CIA鈥檚 Sofia Sada Cervantes. Chef Sada is a faculty member at the San Antonio campus, where she teaches in the college鈥檚 Latin Cuisines concentration.
