Hyde Park, NY 鈥 The Culinary
Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY is hosting a jazz dinner on April 28
in conjunction with the Catskill Jazz Factory.
Taking place at the college鈥檚 pop-up restaurant, the , 鈥淕ood Enough to Eat鈥
will feature culinary-inspired jazz classics. Rising star jazz vocalist , backed by a talented trio of musicians, will take guests through an
array of blues, ballads, and swing numbers that cater to connoisseurs of both jazz
and great food.
The music will be accompanied by a selection of hors
d鈥檕euvre for each table, before the three-course dinner is served. The dinner
features Lobster Bisque as a first course, followed by an entr茅e of Beef
Tournedos, and capped by Baked Alaska for dessert.
Reservations are $85 per person, including food, tax,
service, and entertainment, and can be made .
