Culinary Institute of America graduates won every category in a Food & Wine magazine pastry chef competition.
Jodi
Elliott, of the Hyde Park CIA鈥檚 Class of 2001, won the top prize, in
Food & Wine鈥檚 The People鈥檚 Best New Pastry Chef competition.
Elliott, who co-owns Foreign & Domestic, a restaurant in Houston,
Texas, took the Central Region prize and the national award, according
to Elliot and the magazine鈥檚 website.
CIA alumni won the competition鈥檚 two other regional awards as well.
